Do I need to travel far to see my nearest RFC?

You don't need to travel anywhere.

Your RFC will organise to visit you in your home or place of business, wherever you prefer.

Do I need to be experiencing financial difficulty to access the service?

The RFCS program is aimed at people experiencing financial difficulty, however everyone is entitled to an initial meeting to discuss your queries.

Can the RFC assist me with emotional counselling?

Our RFCs do not offer emotional counselling, however they are able to put you in touch with people who can.
